Financial items are Chances, Assignments and Contracts. All of these have a common price field.

Conversion

A chance (also known as opportunity or lead) may be converted to either a contract or an assignment. The conversion process is as follows:

Create assignment or contract with the same data as the chance

Update the chance you want to "convert"

Set percentage to 100%

Fill assignment_id or contract_id

Move media from chance to the assignment or contract
